Erna Alfred Liousas is Managing Director, Marketing and Business Development at HRiA.
Erna draws on over 20 years of cross‑disciplinary expertise in strategy, marketing, research, business development, communications, entrepreneurship, process and systems building, and customer experience to advance HRiA’s mission. Passionate about the intersection of people and technology, she collaborates with teams to create strategies that strengthen relationships and deliver meaningful impact. Erna has a Master of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University.
